Chiang Mai Charity Calendar seeks to help the children of Thailand and promote their country.

The 2009 Chiang Mai Charity Calendar represents a meaningful alternative to greetings cards which are usually thrown away after the new year. This lovely desk calendar makes a lasting & inexpensive gift. It costs just 100 Baht, and all proceeds are donated to rural children.

It showcases the attractions of Northern Thailand seen through the eyes of children in colourful paintings created by school students. It also features colourful photography and 1400 words of English text describing “Delightful Lanna”

It is A5 size, high quality, contains 40 pages, and covers fourteen months from December 2008-January 2010. It can be personalised with a built-in cover page of your club, family members, football team etc. Production for these ‘designer copies’ (minimum 100 pcs) takes about 2 weeks.

If you would like to delight your friends, be remembered all year, promote tourism, and help poor kids, this is really a perfect combination – the 2008 calendar raised over 600,000 Baht for an orphanage.

Calendars are on sale on a non-profit basis at various locations in Chiang Mai, including all branches of Rimping Supermarkets, Kasem Stores, Chiang Mai Orchid Hotel, Empress Hotel and Le Meridien Hotel. Also in Chiang Rai at The Legend Riverside Resort, and in Bangkok at The Sukhothai Hotel.
